Personally i think a good story can be made without a hook, then again i don't mind helping others with their stories or having someone be in mine,in any case for my rp hooks are the following :

-Archaeology: she often goes to different places in search of relics of knowledge and requires help from people be it either by means of bodyguard or someone that might provide as a guide in the region.-Supplier: she needs a constant supply of materials for her experiments.-Informant: Due to her tense relationship with the syndicate and by extension the Immortal flames, she requires inside information.-Companion: when out while not on an expedition she will search for someone to be her traveling companion.-Mentor: technology being her Achilles heel she looks for someone to teach her in magitek.Hostile-Bounty: Her actions have not gone unnoticed and her experiments involving voidsents in various parts of Eorzea have earned her a bounty on her head.-Revenge: She has sacrificed many in her pursuit of knowledge, often leaving grieving friends and family who might want to later come after her.

MyselfFor starters i'm a roleplayer who has been only rp'ing for about 5 years give or take so apologies if i make any mistakes, constructive criticism is appreciaed. I live in a CST time zone and while generally im up for roleplay at any hour (except when im sleeping) my job may pull me away at any time, which ill let you know if it happens as i don't like it when people ghost on me , neither do i like to do it to other people.
Ideally i like to do roleplays on discord as my main character is on Leviathan on primal and my alt isn't able to access all zones that might be needed for said rp.I also consider myself a really active rp'er so my responses come in quick barring should something happen as for my responses i mostly adjust to my partner.
